Authors often spend all their effort on creating compelling and valuable information for their content, but what about the ebook title? This is the single most important sentence you will create, and if done properly it can generate several hundred percent increase in sales. The ebook title must:

Grab the reader’s attention. Try to make the reader’s eyebrow touch his or her forehead (wow factor).

Make it so compelling that people absolutely must learn more about your offering.

Start with your primary keyword. If you are sell ebook or physical books they will be for sale on the Internet, so you need to identify your most important keyword to target. For example, if you selected longer drives as your primary keyword you may want to consider Longer Drives: Increase Your Drives to 400 Yards in 7 Days.

Provide a compelling solution to a problem.

If possible, include other related keywords in your title. Sales on Amazon, Clickbank, and your own website can be boosted by several hundred percent with the right keyword combination. There are plenty of free keyword tools available on the Internet that can be found with a quick search.

Make certain you are targeting people that are likely to purchase your product. There is nothing worse than attracting lots of attention and end up with few sales because you only found the tire kickers and information gathers, not the serious potential buyers.

Confirm that your finished product is easy for the potential buyer to say. Often savvy authors spend considerable time and effort developing a search engine friendly title but fail to pass the “roll off the tongue test”.

Include a subtitle. The subtitle should be long and filled with keywords to generate traffic to Amazon, Clickbank, your website and other sites where your book is for sale. Most Internet surfers will decide to investigate further based on the title itself, so the subtitle can be more focused on attracting the search engines rather than customers.

Use keywords in chapter titles when possible and include the chapter listing on websites to gain more traffic through search engines.

The goal is to generate as many sales as possible and the more often you self publish your own work the more productive and quicker you will become at creating information that you can sell electronically, or even in physical format. Once you have a product in electronic format it is easy to convert and self publish with print on demand services to greatly increase your revenue.

Part 1 of How to Get Started Making Money Online.

Each of your hobbies and interests needs to be researched for market size and existing competition.

Pick a niche that can be added to, with at least 10 more ebook topics and which can include multiple products such as software, videos, ebooks, etc. Chances are that it will take many product launches to really bring decent checks, so why not use Product 1 infrastructure to make Products 2 – 10 easier and less costly to prepare. Not to mention that you will be collecting email lists that will be interested in your related products. You will have three email lists:

1. Affiliates – You have an existing relationship with your affiliates, and it is critical to continue to provide? them with additional products to promote in the same niche. If you offer affiliate tools, then I recommend that you require affiliates to sign up with their name and email address for inclusion in your email marketing program.

2. Customers – You also have an existing relationship with your customers. You should also be providing your customers with a monthly newsletter where you can promote future related products for free. Customers will have to sign up to your “Customers” email marketing list.

3. Potential Customers – You should attempt to capture the name and email address of people that decide not to buy and are clicking away from your site. You can do this using an exit pop-up window that offers a free special report or ebook (something of value that shows the quality of your core product).

Another huge advantage of creating products for the same niche is that you can cross promote all of them, which will also reduce your time to market and cost. This can also work for niches that are too small, or hypersegmentation, for a single product, but can be profitable through multiple offerings. Cross promotion examples:

• Product 3 is the core product and Product 2 is offered as an upsell to generate additional revenue and Product 1 is offered as a bonus or as a part of the core package with Product 3 for a higher price.

• Product 6 is the core product selling for $24.95, and the upsell is Products 1 – 5 bundled for $67.95.

An example of a niche market with future related products follows:

• Product 1: Learn to Play Golf Guidebook

• Product 2: Drive 300 Yards Straight Every Time Video

• Product 3: Special Report: Secret Practice Strategies To Shave 3 Stokes Off Your Score

• Product 4: How To Achieve The Perfect Swing Manual Etc.

Once you have launched your first product the next ones will be much faster, which is very important. If you are like me, you need to make enough money to put food on the table and pay the bills ASAP! This likely won’t happen entirely with the first product, so let’s get a system in place to create many products that will each generate at least $500 per month. Once you have saturated the market with products for a specific niche, then you can move onto a new niche.

So you are interested in becoming a successful Internet Marketer because:

1. You are an affiliate helping the publishers become wealthy and you want a piece of the pie, or

2. You need a new career or at least a backup career with the current financial turmoil in the world.

Step One

Write down the answers to the following questions:

1. What are your interests?

2. What are your hobbies?

3. What book topics do you read about?

4. Are you interested in doing research?

All your hobbies, interests, and things that affect your life in a negative or positive way. The list will be long and it will take several days as items will come up that you didn’t think of earlier. For a list of hobbies to help stimulate the thought process, there is a decent hobby list at Wikipedia.org.

Choosing your first niche market is about as important a decision as you can make if you want to succeed in Internet Marketing. You will need to spend many hours researching potential markets and products and also determining your needs, wants, and skills. To improve the chances of success I HIGHLY recommend that you select a market that you are passionate about, or you risk not giving it 100% for the duration of the development, launch, and post launch.

Whatever topic you choose, make sure you are committed to it. Writing a book is a long process, yet rewarding for both you and your audience. Make it enjoyable!

You have been hearing about it, or you know what it is, but need help finding the right niche for you. You will find the tools and steps in this whitepaper. Dictionary.com’s most appropriate definition of ‘niche’, as far as Internet Marketers are concerned, is “a distinct segment of a market”. An example, golf is a large market, golf clubs are a niche of that market, and golf club driver heads are a sub-niche of the niche. You can continue down the line further if necessary, such as golf>club>driver heads>Taylor Made.

So why is it so important to market to a niche market?

Most importantly, the rate of success selling in a niche market is much higher than selling in a broad and generic market.

Is it easy to identify a niche market to sell products to?
It can be time consuming, but it is the most critical step that you will make to earn money on the Internet. It is much less difficult if you know how to conduct the research. This is the first and most important step to finding a niche market.

The niche market that you enter must have your interest. If you are not interested in the market, your drive and effectiveness will wane, and your profits will follow.

You also need the skills that are needed to support and back up your product as you will become known as a respected expert in the field by providing a valuable resource to the market.

You want to identify a hot market with a hungry target market that ‘needs’ or ‘really, really wants’ your product. It is important to pick a market that can afford to purchase your product. Consider the spending habits of your target market. Is this a market where people spend lots of disposable income on themselves for entertainment purposes (think golf: mostly professional with money to pump into green fees and equipment each year)? Is this market full of impulsive buyers or procrastinators? Watch out for markets that may be potentially tight fisted (check the related website forums for how many people are looking for deals and free items), analytical, (think engineers. My father and wife are engineers, and it takes them an eternity to purchase anything, regardless of cost. By the time their analysis is complete, the make or model is discontinued or updated so the research cycle continues…), and trust based (the market that may buy medical field information products, such as on a disorder or disease), are a tough sell because they are looking for the trust factor. If they don’t know your name and you have no credible and recognizable sponsors or testimonials, you will have a tough sell.
This may sound difficult, but it isn’t. Since you are reading this document, I will guess that you want to make a decent living with Internet Marketing, so you will repeat the process over and over until it becomes second nature. And starting off correctly with your first product will dramatically increase your chances of success. Some things to keep in mind are:

1.	Remember that hot selling topics will always include dating/relationships, making money, and dieting.

2.	Make certain the topics you write about are not something that will embarrass you because you will become a recognized expert in the field, so

3.	Make certain that you enjoy the topic of your choice, as the project will seem more like a hobby with the benefit of revenue rather than a job or career.

4.	Make certain that you understand the needs of the customer in the market that you are considering. I cannot stress this enough. If you understand the needs of your potential customers, you will have an enormous advantage over about 97% of your competitors. An example, I spent a ton of time and money researching a topic for Internet Marketing, but nobody actually showed me in detail, the information was scattered around the Internet in multiple forums and eBooks. I understood that people in my shoes would be looking for what I was not able to find, so I created this information to help you.

For all the information I collected after countless hours of research please see Write EBooks

It took me about a year to figure out how to write an ebook and sell it, but it was well worth the effort. What surprised me is how easy it should have been if I had known the steps rather than spending time running in circles. At least I stuck to it and now I work from home when I feel like it. There are thousands of people like you earning a full time income from the Internet and it feels great when I go to the bank with multiple checks. I get lots of questions like “where are these checks coming from?”, “what are you doing to get these checks”, etc. It is very simple, but most people just don’t get it.

The top tips to generate money from doing a little writing (or paying someone peanuts to do your writing for you).

1.Pick a top that you are familiar with, and interested in. Make certain that there is a market for this topic by scanning the internet for ebooks and physical books on the subject. The topic should have a problem that you can solve with your information that you will offer for sale. An example problem is high cost of electricity and your solution could be a step by step guide to building an inexpensive homemade solar power system to save money for home owners.
2.Your ebook can be any length as long as it provides valuable information. I once purchased a nine page ebook and it provided exactly the information I needed. If you need more information you can search the internet, read books, search online forums for additional information as necessary. You can also outsource the writing to freelance service providers at websites such as Elance and Guru.
3.Compile the information in a word processor and include an index in your ebook. An effective tip is to create exciting titles that clearly defines the valuable information that is contained in that section. The list of section titles is a powerful selling tool if you list the index on your website. It conveys the impression of important information contained within the ebook. Use copy writing strategies for titles and a quick search on the internet will provide many lists of great tips (the ebook title is even more important of course).
4.Create a simple title page with the title, sub title, author name, and copyright information. Convert the document into PDF using one of the many free resources available on the internet. You will need a simple mini-website where you will sell your product and you can do this yourself or you can hire a freelancer for anywhere from $100 – $500.
5.Create a few bonus products to sweeten the deal for prospective buyers. These can be other related ebooks, private label rights products (PLR), services, or even articles that you wrote on the subject. It is important to offer bonus products that are related to your topic and provide a real value to the customer.
6.Sign up for an account at an affiliate website such as ClickBank and upload your ebook. During the set up you will have to determine a commission to pay to the affiliates who will promote your product. The commission range is 1% – 75% and the top sellers pay affiliates 75%. This may seem like a lot, however the affiliates have thousands of products to choose from so you need to entice them with the highest commission possible. Remember, the affiliate pays for all marketing of your product.

Now you know how to write an ebook and sell it to generate money with your online business. This is the tip of the iceberg and there are many more tips to help you take your revenue to new heights, but there isn’t enough space to cover them all in a single article.

Start earning money on the internet now with the tips provided at Write EBooks

Similar to websites, there are a number of ebook writers who are more successful than the rest, and it’s not just a matter of style and whipping out as many books as possible. From start to finish they pull off numerous tricks and philosophies that purely make their books more interesting than others. In any case, a vast number of people still don’t prefer to read books on their computer screens – that’s why you must continue to read on to make your digital writing masterpiece more interesting.

To start with, you must research, research and research. You have to remember that there are a lot of people in the world saying plenty of useful and interesting things free of charge – and that’s why you need to say something fresh and innovative or something more clearly than everybody else around you. Do the groundwork yourself or employ someone to do the groundwork for you, so that you can focus on writing.

There is a need to be slightly over the top for the reason that competition is stiff. As mentioned before, it is unwise to just keep offering the same thing. You can’t just also offer the same thing as everyone else – you need to go above and beyond to secure your readers and obtain their love. If they ask for five, give them seven. Make them feel special by giving extras, bonuses and the like. A remarkable product with a money back guarantee makes a digital item more appealing than it already is.

You need to know what it is that you desire to offer to them, when speaking of what you’re offering to your customer and putting it in your ebook. You also have to find out just how much they’re prepared to spend on a certain piece. Keyword research also plays a very significant role in figuring out what people are on the look out for and just how much they’re shelling out for it. It is, of course, a type of market research.

It’s incredibly understandable that you’d want to get into writing and selling ebooks. With just a month’s work, you can sell and make money out of one thing forever. Of course, it may not have an everlasting life, and people won’t be interested in it forever, but you already get the picture. You have to write every ebook as excellent and interesting as you can make it. If you’re well known for high quality work, sooner or later you’ll also be famous for having high profits and sales. Writing an ebook doesn’t require that you have to be a Pulitzer winner, but you still have to work hard and write well.

If you want to get into this business, or even if you are a seasoned pro, you will benefit greatly with the mind-boggling details in the steps from concept to Internet sales at Write Ebooks.

Writing an ebook is a complicatedly different beast from simply writing a novel or an essay. With normal books or novels, you can rely on style or fame – with an ebook, which is still pretty much fresh new ground for a whole lot of people concerned, you need to be just a little sharper than you would be anywhere else.
//

Like websites, some ebook writers are more successful than others, and it’s more than a matter of style or churning out as many books as they can. They’re pulling off several tricks and philosophies, starting from the ground up that simply makes their e-books more appealing than others. After all, a large number of people still aren’t up to reading books on their computer screens – that’s why you should take a look at the following to make your digital work a lot more appealing.

First of all, research, research, research. You have to be able to say something new or something more clearly than everyone else around you, and there are plenty of people in the world saying a lot of useful and interesting stuff for free. You can’t just repeat the same old stuff – you need to say something different. Do the legwork yourself or hire someone to do the legwork for you so you can focus on writing. Be different, be special, be distinct, or you may as well do this for free.

Competition is fierce and thus, you’ve got to be a little over the top. As stated before, you can’t keep just spouting the same stuff. You also can’t just give the same as everyone else – you have to give out just a little more to secure your audience and get their love. If they ask for five, give them seven. Make them feel special with bonuses and all the like. Money back guarantees with an amazing product make a digital item all the more appealing.

Speaking of what you’re giving your customer and putting in your e-book, you have to know what you want to give them. You’ve also got to know just how much they’re willing to shell out for a particular piece of work. Keyword research can also play a pretty important role in figuring out what people are looking for or how much they’re paying for it. This is of course, a form of market research.

It’s understandable that you’d want to get into writing and selling ebooks. For a single month’s work, you could sell something forever, making money off one thing forever. Of course, you can’t live forever, and people won’t be interested in it forever, but you get the picture. You need to make each and every ebook as fine and as appealing as you can possibly make it – if you’re known for high quality work, you’ll eventually also be known for high quality profits and sales. Writing an ebook doesn’t mean you have to be a Pulitzer prize winner, but you’ve still got to work hard and write well.

One of the hottest trends of the day for making cash is writing ebooks. An ebook, in case you didn’t already know, is a book that is electronically created and published. Readers enjoy the convenience of ebooks, because they can be instantly purchased and downloaded directly from the internet, providing authors a way to make quick, easy profits. There are many individuals who have achieved financial independence and gained a multitude of fans by writing ebooks.
Have you ever dreamed about writing your own original ebooks? Perhaps you think you have to be an “experienced” writer to be able to accomplish this, but the amazing fact is that you don’t necessarily need to be. If you possess passion and knowledge about a topic, you can write about it. Everybody knows about something that is valuable to others and writing ebooks gives you the opportunity to share it with the rest of the world, with the added perk of being able to make money doing so.

To become a successful part of this growing craze, you first need to determine what topics you feel most comfortable writing about. Usually, they are things that you, yourself, find interesting. For instance, if you’re a mom who works outside of the home, you may know some great recipes for “quickie” family meals or, if you work from home, you may know about how to find legitimate homebased jobs. There is literally a market for every kind of special interest that people want to learn more about.

Writing an ebook may seem a bit intimidating at first, but, once you discover how to properly format it, find out how to relay your information in an engaging, easy-to-understand way and learn how to market your finished work, you’ll see that it can be a simple, enjoyable means of generating a continual source of income.

There are other advantages of becoming an ebook writer, too. You don’t have to wait for a publishing house to “approve” your work, since you can be your own publisher. You don’t have to be at the mercy of some overly critical editor since you are in sole control over what you write. You can set your own prices for your ebooks and keep the earnings yourself. You are in charge of your own destiny, so to speak.

Anybody can be an ebook author, no matter what your level of experience and background may be, from professional people to homemakers to students and more. There are millions of potential internet readers out there, waiting anxiously to learn about something you already know and willing to pay for the privilege. Why not provide them with your expertise?

You can help other people by offering them insightful information they can get access to immediately and satisfy your desire to make an endless stream of income. Imagine having a global readership who values what you have to say and receiving payments on a regular basis, to boot!

You can achieve it all by writing ebooks and using the proper marketing techniques to make sales.

Writing ebooks might be something you want to get into if you’re looking for a way to set up a quick, residual income stream. For anyone who has their heart set on working from home, this is a great way to make money. Just think about it – you do the work once and continue to make money from that work forever! The best part is that once you learn how to do this process correctly, you can rinse and repeat for even bigger profits.
<!--
google_ad_client = "pub-7542641806814949";
/* 234x60, created 8/23/09 */

But perhaps, you’re intimidated by the mere prospect of writing a “book”. Maybe you have little to no experience writing, or you’re only comfortable creating short articles. Maybe you’re not sure how to properly structure and layout a long piece of work, even if your target ebook is only 40 pages long.

With that kind of a target, a blank screen looks like an insurmountable and impossible mountain to climb. You’ve got to fill all of that up – it’s not surprising that even experienced writers would find themselves daunted by the task ahead of them.

Still, despite being daunted, you need to move forward. You’re never going to make money with an empty screen. Here are a few tips to get you started on your ebook writing challenge.

“Visualize Your End Goal Happening Successfully”

You’d be surprised at just how effective visualization is. Your brain is truly a marvelous creation that you’re probably not utilizing to it’s fullest extent.

Take a few moments before work to see yourself writing with ease, receiving payments for your completed ebook and living the comfortable life that is the driving force behind all this work in the first place. Motivation goes a long way, especially with a tough job like writing.

“Start From the Middle Out”

Structuring a massive writing project can get difficult, especially if you’re a research-type writer. That’s why you should start with the meat before you hang window shades or fancy designs.

Know what’s going to be there before you set-up your title and your opening. Knowing what’s already there can help you design a specific and enticing opening or a proper conclusion.

“Work Consistently”

When you have work do attend to, you may suddenly find that you can’t manage to open up your word processor. It’s as if some strange force overcomes you and forces you to check your email and wander social media sites all day instead of doing something that might actually be productive.

Don’t let this urge control you. Open up your word processor as soon as you get on the computer every day. The fun stuff has to wait until after you’ve done something each day that helps you in achieving your goal.

Writing ebooks doesn’t have to be a long, drawn out process if you go about it in the right state of mind. Just remember your end goal and be consistent in your efforts. The better you are at disciplining yourself while writing ebooks, the faster your money will come!

“WHAT IF I CAN’T WRITE ANYTHING AT ALL?”

This does happen from time to time, and it is called writer’s block. If you continually try to write and nothing seems to be happening, the best bet is to give yourself a break for a while. Finish writing early for the day if you need to, but don’t be tempted to skip a day.

The truth is that if you try and avoid writing because you feel that you cannot do it, the problem can continue for much longer, and it becomes even harder to carry on. Come back at your next time to write and try and get started again. Most instances of writer’s block are usually short lived, so you may well find everything has settled down again.

If it hasn’t, and you have tried writing different sections of the book to no avail, try reading about your subject instead. This can re-awaken the enthusiasm about your subject that you had from the start, and get rid of the block for you.

It could also be that something else is going on in your life that is drawing your attention away from your writing. It’s quite possible to feel guilty about writing if you have other things on your mind that need to be dealt with. In this situation, the best way forward is to try and focus on solving the problem you have, so that you can settle down to writing again.

“WHAT IF I DON’T GET THE CONSTRUCTION OF MY BOOK RIGHT?”

If you have ever read any type of writing advice at all, you will probably have come across the word ‘flow’ every now and again.

So what does this refer to?

Quite simply if a piece of writing flows, it means that it is easy to read and pulls you from the beginning of the piece right through to the end – almost without realizing it. This is what you need to aim for ultimately, because it will make your book so much easier and more enjoyable to read.

Unfortunately, it is one of those things that you can start to be very conscious of during the writing process itself if you aren’t careful, and if you get your mind into this kind of rut, it can be tricky to carry on writing at any kind of speed at all.

You’ll find yourself wondering whether that sentence on page 3 had too many words in it. And what about that paragraph on page 6? Was it too long? And now you come to think of it, there was a piece of writing in section two that was so long that it will probably bore everyone who reads it.

Can you see how these thoughts can stop you in your tracks more effectively than anything else? I’m sure you can.

The one thing you need to remember here is that it doesn’t matter how many words are in each sentence you write, or how many sentences you have in each paragraph. Your aim here – your SOLE AIM – is to get your book written, even if that means having a fifty two word sentence in chapter one and a paragraph that is three pages long in chapter four.

Just get it all down on paper and let the editing part of the whole process take care of the rest. That is all you need to think about. Just keep reminding yourself that you are getting the information down first; there will be plenty of time for form and polishing later on.
